FEES PAID BY THE PRINCIPAL

Clarification: Sale within the framework of an inheritance: fees to be paid by the buyer upon presentation of a notary’s document (family record book or death certificate and notary’s letter opening the estate).

Annual Property Management

Ongoing Management Fees to be paid by the landlord : 6% excl. VAT, or 7.2% incl. VAT of the amounts collected. Rental Fees /  In case of rental or re-rental:

To be paid by the tenant:

For the property visit and the preparation of the rental agreement: €8 incl. VAT / m² or, in tight zones, €10 incl. VAT / m² of the living space. For the preparation of the inventory of fixtures: €3 incl. VAT / m² of the living space. Total: €11 incl. VAT / m² or, in tight zones, €13 incl. VAT / m² of the living space, up to a maximum of one month’s rent including charges.

A la charge du Bailleur :

Honoraires d’entremise et de négociation : 0€ Honoraires de visite, de constitution du dossier locataire et de rédaction du bail : 8€ TTC / m² ou, en zones tendues, 10€ TTC / m² de la surface habitable, Honoraires de réalisation de l’état des lieux : 3€ TTC / m² de la surface habitable. Soit au total 11€ TTC / m² ou, en zones tendues, 13€ TTC / m² de la surface habitable, dans la limite du montant d’un mois de loyer charges comprises.
